These Promotional Terms & Conditions explain the general rules that may apply to discounts, promotional codes, limited-time offers, gift-card promotions, special pricing and other promotional campaigns offered by MDV Watches LLC.
Every promotion may have its own specific conditions.
These terms provide general rules for MDV Watches promotions. A particular offer may also include additional conditions relating to dates, eligible products, minimum purchase value, customer eligibility or redemption.
Where promotion-specific terms are provided, those specific terms should be read together with this page.
If a promotion-specific condition conflicts with a general provision on this page, the more specific condition may apply to that promotion, subject to applicable law.

Promotions can take different forms.
The type of benefit available will depend on the individual campaign. Not every type of promotion described below will necessarily be available at all times.

An eligible product or transaction may receive a stated percentage or fixed-value reduction.
Promotional Codes
A code may be required at checkout for the promotional benefit to apply.
Promotional Value
Some campaigns may provide bonus credit, gift-card value or another stated promotional benefit.
Limited-Time Events
Special pricing or benefits may be offered for a defined promotional period while eligible inventory remains available.
Not every promotion applies to every product or customer.
Promotional eligibility may be limited by the terms of the particular offer.
Product Eligibility
Certain watches, brands, categories, pre-orders, sourced products or other items may be excluded from a promotion.
Customer Eligibility
Some offers may be available only to selected customers, new customers, subscribers or recipients of a particular promotion.
Location Eligibility
Certain promotional benefits may vary or be unavailable in some jurisdictions or international destinations.
A promotional code must normally be applied before checkout is completed.
Where a promotion requires a code, the customer is responsible for entering the code correctly during the applicable checkout stage.
If a valid promotion has been applied successfully, the promotional benefit should normally appear in the order summary before the customer submits payment.
If a code does not apply as expected, customers should review the promotion conditions before completing the order.
A code may fail if:
- The promotion has ended
- The product is excluded
- A minimum spend is not met
- The code was entered incorrectly
- The code has already been used where usage is limited
- The customer or order is otherwise not eligible
Promotions can expire.
Where an offer has a stated end date or time, orders submitted after the applicable promotional period may not qualify.
Offers are valid only during their applicable promotional period.
A promotional campaign may identify a specific start date, end date or other period of availability.
Where no separate extension is announced, customers should not assume that an expired promotion will be honored on a later transaction.
Promotional offers are not automatically stackable.
Unless the particular offer expressly allows it, multiple discount codes, promotional credits or special offers should not be assumed to apply to the same transaction.
Already-discounted products may be excluded.
A promotion may exclude products already offered at special, negotiated, clearance or reduced pricing.
The applicable product page, promotion announcement or checkout result should be used to determine whether an additional promotion applies.
Certain high-value transactions may have promotion restrictions.
Luxury watches can have significant individual values, limited availability and market-sensitive pricing.
A promotion may therefore exclude selected products, references or transaction types where stated in the applicable offer.
Possible exclusions can include:
- Selected luxury references
- Rare or vintage pieces
- Sourced watches
- Negotiated transactions
- Pre-orders
- Other specifically excluded products
Promotions may not apply to every pre-order.
Because pre-orders may involve specific pricing, availability and payment arrangements, a promotional offer should not be assumed to apply unless the relevant offer or transaction confirms eligibility.

Orders using promotional discounts remain subject to ordinary payment, verification, fraud-prevention and order-review procedures.
A successful promotional code does not itself guarantee payment authorization, product availability or final order acceptance.

Promotions involving particular products may be subject to stock availability. Luxury and vintage watches can be unique or available in very limited quantities.
Adding an item to a cart or viewing a promotional price does not necessarily reserve the product unless the transaction has been completed and accepted.

Receiving a promotional benefit does not independently create or remove return rights. Return eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund & Returns Policy and any lawful promotion-specific terms.
Where a qualifying return is approved, any refund may take account of the actual amount paid and the promotional benefit applied to the transaction.

If a promotion reduced the amount actually paid for an eligible product, an approved refund would generally be based on the applicable transaction amount rather than treating the promotional discount as cash paid by the customer.
A cancelled transaction does not guarantee that a promotion can be reused.
If an order using a promotional code or benefit is cancelled, the promotion may no longer be available if it has expired, reached a usage limit or was otherwise restricted to one use.
Customers should not assume that a previously applied promotion will automatically be reissued or extended after cancellation.

MDV Watches may review transactions where there is reasonable concern about fraudulent, unauthorized or abusive use of a promotion.
Unauthorized Codes
Codes should not be obtained or used through unauthorized or fraudulent means.
Multiple Accounts
Customers should not create or manipulate accounts solely to circumvent stated promotion limits.
Resale Of Benefits
Promotional benefits may not be commercially resold or transferred where the applicable offer prohibits such use.
Technical mistakes can happen.
A technical or configuration error can occasionally cause an unintended promotional price or discount to appear.
Obvious promotional errors may be corrected.
Where an obvious technical, pricing or promotional error occurs, MDV Watches may review the affected transaction and take reasonable steps to correct the error or cancel the order where appropriate and permitted by law.

MDV Watches may modify, suspend or end a promotion where reasonably necessary, including where inventory, technical problems, fraud, administrative errors or other circumstances affect the campaign.
Any change should be applied subject to applicable law and should not be interpreted to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Common questions about promotional offers.
Can I use two promotional codes together?
Not unless the applicable promotion expressly allows multiple offers to be combined.
Why is my promotional code not working?
The code may have expired, the order may not meet the eligibility requirements, the selected product may be excluded, or another promotion-specific restriction may apply.
Can I apply a code after my order is completed?
Promotional codes should normally be applied before checkout is completed. Customers should contact MDV Watches promptly if they believe a technical issue prevented an eligible code from applying, but retroactive application is not guaranteed.
Does every watch qualify for promotions?
No. Individual campaigns may exclude particular products, categories, references, sourced pieces, pre-orders or other transactions.
What happens to my discount if I return an item?
Any approved refund will be handled according to the applicable return policy and may reflect the actual amount paid after the promotional benefit was applied.
Can an expired promotion be extended?
Customers should not assume that an expired promotion will be extended unless MDV Watches expressly announces an extension.
