These terms govern the purchase, use and redemption of MDV Watches gift cards. Please review them before purchasing or using a gift card.

MDV Watches gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases made through the MDV Watches website, subject to availability, product restrictions and the terms set out on this page.
Buy for someone else
Gift cards can provide the recipient with flexibility to choose from eligible products available at the time of redemption.
Apply at checkout
Eligible gift cards may be applied to qualifying purchases using the code or redemption method provided.
Use available value
Where supported, a remaining balance may continue to be available for future eligible purchases.
How gift cards may be used.
Gift cards are intended to be redeemed toward eligible purchases from MDV Watches, subject to these terms and any transaction-specific restrictions.

Apply To Eligible Items
Gift cards may be limited to qualifying products or transactions and may not apply to every item or service.
Pay Any Difference
If the purchase total exceeds the available gift-card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
Keep Remaining Value
Where technically supported, unused value may remain associated with the gift card for later eligible use.
Gift cards are not the same as cash.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, gift cards are intended for purchasing eligible goods or services from MDV Watches and are not generally redeemable for cash.
Gift cards may also be subject to restrictions concerning resale, transfer, promotional use, combining balances or purchase of other gift cards.
Unless otherwise stated, gift cards may not be used for:
- Cash withdrawal
- Unauthorized resale
- Fraudulent transactions
- Prohibited or restricted purchases
- Circumventing promotional conditions
- Any purpose prohibited by applicable law
Treat the code like something valuable.
Anyone who gains access to a valid gift-card code may potentially be able to attempt redemption. Keep gift-card information secure and share it only with the intended recipient.
Lost
If gift-card details are lost, contact MDV Watches. Replacement may depend on whether the original purchase can be verified and whether value remains.
Stolen
Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. We cannot guarantee recovery of value already redeemed before the issue is reported.
Shared
MDV Watches is not responsible for losses caused by a purchaser or recipient voluntarily sharing gift-card information with an unauthorized person.
Fraud protection
Gift cards may be suspended, rejected or cancelled where fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity or a violation of these terms is reasonably suspected.
We may review suspicious activity.
MDV Watches may review a gift-card purchase or redemption where there are reasonable concerns about payment fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, manipulation of promotional offers or other suspicious activity.
We may request additional verification before completing a transaction or allowing redemption where reasonably necessary for security.

Refund treatment may depend on how the original purchase was paid and the applicable Refund & Returns Policy.
Paid With Gift Card
An approved refund for a purchase paid with gift-card value may be returned to the same gift card or another appropriate method where technically supported.
Mixed Payment
Where a gift card and another payment method were both used, any approved refund may be divided according to the original transaction or payment-processing requirements.
Gift Card Purchase
Refundability of the gift card itself may be limited except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by MDV Watches.
Check the terms attached to your gift card.
The validity period of a gift card may depend on applicable law, the type of gift card and any specific terms provided at the time of issue.
Promotional value may carry separate terms.
A promotional gift card, bonus credit or other promotional value may be subject to separate conditions concerning eligibility, expiry, product restrictions, minimum spend or combination with other offers.
Where promotional terms conflict with these general gift-card terms, the specific promotional terms may apply to that promotion.

A purchaser may generally give a valid gift card to the intended recipient, subject to any restrictions associated with that gift card.
Unauthorized resale may be restricted.
MDV Watches may restrict bulk purchase, commercial resale, brokering or other activity involving gift cards where it creates security, fraud or promotional-abuse concerns.
These terms may be updated.
MDV Watches may revise these Gift Card Terms & Conditions when business practices, technology, promotions or legal requirements change.
