Certain watches and other products may occasionally be offered before they are ready for immediate shipment. This policy explains how pre-orders work, including estimated availability, payment, changes, cancellations and delivery.

A pre-order is not an immediate-shipment order.
When you purchase an in-stock product, fulfillment can normally begin after the applicable order and payment checks. A pre-order involves an additional waiting period because the product is not yet ready for normal shipment.
Customers should consider this difference before placing a pre-order, particularly when purchasing for a birthday, anniversary, holiday or another date-sensitive occasion.

Need to cancel a pre-order?
Contact MDV Watches as soon as possible. Whether a pre-order can be cancelled may depend on its status, the product involved and any specific terms communicated for that transaction.

Cancellation Is Confirmed
A cancellation request is not effective until MDV Watches confirms that the order has been cancelled.

What if the product cannot be supplied?
If MDV Watches determines that an ordered product cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted regarding the affected order.

A pre-order reflects anticipated future availability. Although MDV Watches aims to fulfill confirmed orders, circumstances may occasionally make a particular product unavailable.
If fulfillment becomes impossible, MDV Watches may cancel the affected order and process any applicable refund for amounts paid toward that cancelled order.

Tracking begins after the pre-order is ready to ship.
Placing a pre-order does not create immediate carrier tracking. Tracking information normally becomes relevant only after the product becomes available, the order is prepared for fulfillment and shipment processing begins.
