Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change after an order is placed. This policy explains when an MDV Watches order may be cancelled, how to request cancellation and what happens once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Contact us as soon as possible.
The sooner we receive your cancellation request, the greater the possibility that we can stop the order before it is prepared, processed or transferred to a shipping carrier.
Cancellation may be possible
If the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment, we may be able to cancel it after reviewing the request.
Cancellation is not guaranteed
Once an item is being prepared, packaged, verified or processed for dispatch, it may no longer be possible to stop the order.
Use the return process
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled. The applicable Refund & Returns Policy will instead apply.
Send your request immediately.
A cancellation request should contain enough information for us to quickly locate and identify your order.
Order Number
Include the order number provided when you completed your purchase.
Customer Details
Provide the purchaser's name and the email address used when placing the order.
Product
Identify the watch, jewelry item or other product you are requesting to cancel.

Important
Sending a cancellation request does not automatically mean that an order has been cancelled. A cancellation is only effective once MDV Watches confirms that the request has been accepted.
Some orders move quickly.
High-value products may go through order review, verification, preparation, packaging and carrier arrangements before dispatch.
A cancellation may no longer be possible if the item has already entered a stage that cannot reasonably be reversed.
- The order has already been shipped.
- The package has been transferred to the carrier.
- Fulfillment or special handling has already begun.
- A special-order or pre-order transaction is subject to different terms.
- Another transaction-specific restriction applies.
Different orders may have different cancellation terms.
A pre-order, specifically sourced watch or specially arranged transaction can involve commitments made specifically for that customer. For this reason, the normal cancellation process may not apply in the same way.

What happens when a cancellation is approved?
If MDV Watches confirms that an eligible order has been successfully cancelled after payment, any applicable refund will normally be returned through the appropriate payment process.
Original Payment Method
Where possible, an approved refund will be issued using the original or appropriate payment method for the transaction.
Processing Time
Once issued by MDV Watches, additional processing time may be required by banks, card issuers or payment providers before the funds appear.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to recall or cancel it.
Once delivered, any request to send the product back is handled under the applicable Refund & Returns Policy, including its eligibility requirements, timelines and condition standards.
Do not refuse delivery without contacting us.
Refusing a package can create carrier, insurance, tracking or return-shipping complications. Contact MDV Watches first if there is an issue with an incoming shipment.
When MDV Watches may cancel an order.
MDV Watches may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving product availability, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, verification issues or other circumstances that prevent lawful or secure fulfillment.
Product Availability
An individual pre-owned or vintage item may become unavailable before an order can be finalized.
Payment & Verification
Orders may be declined if payment cannot be verified or transaction-security requirements are not satisfied.
Pricing Or Listing Error
If a material pricing, product-information or technical error affects an order, MDV Watches may contact the customer or cancel the affected transaction.
Common questions.
Can I cancel immediately after placing an order?
Contact MDV Watches immediately. If the order has not entered processing or shipment, cancellation may still be possible. It is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Can I cancel after receiving a tracking number?
A tracking number may indicate that the order is already in fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier. Contact us immediately, but cancellation may no longer be possible.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once shipped, the transaction normally falls under the Refund & Returns Policy rather than the cancellation process.
Can a pre-order be cancelled?
Pre-orders can have different conditions. Review the Pre-Order Policy and any transaction-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
How will I know my order is cancelled?
A cancellation should not be considered complete until MDV Watches confirms that the order has been successfully cancelled.
