Follow the progress of your MDV Watches order from confirmation through shipment and delivery. This page explains where to find tracking information and what to do if a shipment appears delayed.
Where to find your tracking information.
Once an eligible order has been dispatched, tracking information may be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Shipment Notification
Look for a shipment or dispatch email containing the carrier name and tracking number or tracking link.
Visit The Carrier
Use the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the applicable carrier's website to view shipment updates.
Contact Us
If tracking information is unavailable or appears unusual, contact MDV Watches with your order number.
From order placed to delivery.
Order status can move through several stages before a package appears in carrier tracking.
Order Received
Your order has been submitted and may be pending payment, availability or transaction review.
Processing
The order may be reviewed, prepared, verified and packaged before carrier collection.
Dispatched
A shipping label has been created or the package has been handed to the applicable carrier.
Delivered
Carrier tracking indicates that the package has reached the delivery location or recipient.
Tracking does not always update immediately.
A tracking number may exist before the carrier has completed the first physical scan of the package.
During busy periods, weekends, holidays, severe weather, customs processing or carrier network disruptions, tracking updates may also appear less frequently.
A temporary gap in tracking does not necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

- International customs processing
- Tracking-system synchronization delay
Luxury purchases may require additional delivery care.
Depending on the order and shipping method, additional delivery controls may apply to help protect high-value merchandise.
Delivery Confirmation
Certain shipments may use signature or other delivery confirmation depending on the carrier and transaction.
Secure Address
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address where the shipment can be received securely.
Monitor Tracking
Follow carrier tracking closely once shipment is in transit so you are aware of expected delivery activity.
International tracking may take longer.
Customs and handoffs between carriers can create longer gaps between tracking events.
Tracking across borders.
International shipments may pass through export processing, customs authorities, local import processing and multiple carrier networks before final delivery.
Tracking may temporarily pause while a package is being processed by customs or transferred between logistics providers.
Customs duties, local taxes or other import charges can also affect the release or delivery of a shipment.
What if tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package?
If carrier tracking shows a shipment as delivered but it cannot be located, act promptly.

Confirm that the shipment was sent to the expected delivery address.
Check The Property
Check appropriate reception areas or other secure delivery locations.
Review Carrier Details
Review the carrier's delivery scan and any available delivery notes.

Need to change your delivery address?
Contact MDV Watches immediately if you discover an address problem after placing your order.
Once processing or shipment has begun, it may not be possible to change the destination. High-value orders may also be subject to security restrictions that limit post-purchase address changes.

Sending a request does not guarantee that a shipment can be redirected.
Tracking can affect cancellation options.
Once an order has been dispatched or transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. A request after shipment may instead need to be handled under the applicable return process.
Common tracking questions.
I have an order confirmation but no tracking number. Is that normal?
Yes. An order confirmation indicates that the order was received, while tracking normally becomes available after shipment preparation or dispatch.
Why does tracking say "label created"?
This generally means shipment information has been created, but the carrier may not yet have completed its first physical scan.
Why has my shipment stopped moving?
Carrier delays, routing, weekends, holidays, weather, customs or delayed scans can create gaps between tracking events.
Can MDV Watches change carrier tracking information?
Carrier-generated scans and tracking events are generally controlled by the shipping carrier rather than MDV Watches.
What information should I send if I need help?
Include your order number, purchaser name, email address, tracking number if available and a short description of the issue.
